I can't think of a much worse combination than Disney's classic characters and Tim Burton, but I will admit the final moments in the teaser trailer brought a lump to my throat.

Is this another “live action” remake?

Yes Brian, Disney seem to be going through the back
catalogue and remaking animated classics in live action.

I don't think anyone could beat the recent Peter Rabbit movie for ruining a beloved classic. This seems to be more of a best case scenario though, like the Paddington Bears which I was surprised to find I really liked. :^)

I think Paddington`s character stayed true to the books,
and using Ben Wishaw as his voice was a good choice.
Peter Rabbit, i have only seen the trailer, but having
James Corden play him as a smart arse teenager, did not
appeal to me or capture the image in my head from the
books.

As for that Dumbo trailer, it`s all in his eyes!

Burton's "Dumbo" is scheduled to be released in theaters March of 2019. Why is this in the TV forum?

Bill, one might advise you to do the same. You're rushing past your commas and adding exclamation points that aren't necessary. What about my post led you to think I was upset or agitated in any way? It's all right to take a breath before you respond.

As for the trailer, I couldn't buy the characters, and turning "Baby Mine" into a creepy "There are no strings on me" motif ala' Avengers 2 was a poor choice.
