Definitely something you haven't done before, at least substantially (no doubt you've drawn or written almost every character of note for at least a cameo). I'll confess to being gray on the idea of an Invaders comic or any period piece. I couldn't say why exactly, but unlike in films and on TV - where I really enjoy a well-executed period piece - in comics, the idea of an ongoing, episodic adventure set in a specific, fixed (read: historical) era leaves me unenthusiastic. Especially WWII, which has had fictionalized adventures set around it up the wazoo. Some ongoing series set in the future would be neat.
Maybe something with the various female Captains Marvel? Like a loose team book with Carol Danvers, Monica Rambeau, and Kamala Khan? Lot of opportunity there for space stuff, family drama, team dynamics, etc. And your female characters are always really fleshed out, a rarity for male writers. That's my vote.
...dammit. Now that I'v written this all out, I need to read this book!

Save the Fantastic Four...please! Invaders as that`s what YOU would like to do!
The ideal thing would be J.B. as Editor in Chief, make Marvel great again, make the characters unique again,no mutiple Thor`s, Spider-people etc!

EiC is not a job I have EVER wanted. And, please, no "rescue" missions! We must assume that everything at Marvel is just how they want it. This is why I put emphasis on REALISTIC.

Definitely Fantastic Four. And you need to find a good story to use the Super-Skrull in. I loved your uses of the Super-Skrull in Namor and Alpha Flight. I even kind of liked your use of him in She-Hulk #48, although I could have used more deception and build-up.

CAPTAIN AMERICA (with Roger Stern if possible)
There's some unfinished business over there, with stories from Captain America's War Journal (intro'd Cap 247) from time to time, guest starring the INVADERS, of course.

The "Fantastic Four-ever" run you pitched way back when, picking up immediately after your previous run. I want to see that Doom War story!

Tougher question than it appears since you've worked and put your stamp on so many Marvel characters already. As much as I'd like to see you do FF again, your previous run is pretty definitive.
Thinking about some of your past commissions, I was always impressed with the "horror" themed ones. So I'd vote to see your take on a Werewolf by Night or Tomb of Dracula series.

Current Marvel is so convoluted, unrecognizable and screwy, where/how would you possibly start?

JB, what would you think of doing a Hawkeye (Clint Barton) series?
