Sad news. Not unlike Carrie Fisher, she lived a rough life.

I'm going to the Motor City con, and I'll now be acutely aware of her absence.

The instant the news reader said ‘And Margot Kidder ..’ I went ‘Oh no’ I knew where that was going & knew we had lost another one.

I loved her portrayal of Lois Lane - a fantastic performance.

She was in a really strong stage performance of BUS STOP that aired on HBO in the 1980’s - it was my introduction to the play, and I thought it was great.

Such a loss - on so many levels.

A favorite of mine.

Again, I find myself thinking of the two occasions when I have been at the bedside when someone has died. That strange, really unacceptable feeling created by them being there one moment, and not the next.

I've been in that situation once, Mr Byrne. It was a surreal moment, I almost felt like I wasn't there when it happened.

Ha!  Great find on that Avenger's homage to Margot and Lois.

Sad about this passing.  Margot was a bright spot in the Superman films.

So, after four days of being bedridden, I resolved not to waste my non-refundable ticket to the Motor City con. I managed to make it through the con intact, and was quite moved by the site of Margot Kidder’s booth, which was positioned next to Jack O’Halloran and Jeff East. It featured a large painting of her (with signatures), a floral display, and a donation box.

I will always remember Margo Kidder as Lois Lane in "Superman", secondly as the crazed twin in "Sisters".  It is sad that she died so young...only 69.:(
