Since Franco is no longer doing this, I thought I'd fill in for this week anyway since no one else has done this yet.

What I'm getting:

  • PETER PARKER SPECTACULAR SPIDER-MAN#304
  • X-MEN BLUE #27
  • Domino #2

DC:
Batman White Knight #8 (Of 8) - A satisfying end, with some surprising twists.

Dark Horse:
FCBD - Overwatch/Black Hammer - The Black Hammer story is a nice little segue in the Quantum Age.

B.P.R.D. The Devil You Know #6 - Short shipped, no copy for me this week.

Resident Alien An Alien In New York #2 (Of 4) - Short shipped, no copy for me this week.

Image:
Barrier #1 (Collector's Edition) and #2 (Of 5) - Clever. The barrier goes beyond the physical, there's also language and cultural barriers...

Oni Press:
Shadow Roads FCBD - A set-up issue for this new series. You don't need to have read the Sixth Gun to know what's going on.

Yes it was. They even highlight other books on Panel Syndicate in the back matter.

On Marvel Unlimited, first issue of Captain America by Mark Waid.
Wow, that was a good read. A writer nailing his colours to the mast that heroes are heroes. Loved it, felt like old times again.
Chris Sammee’s art is beautiful to look at, but he needs to get consistent with Cap’s Mid-rif stripes.

I’ll be coming back for this each month

Thanks, Rod! I really should check out some of the titles there, but I prefer reading comics and books the old fashioned way. I paid quite a bit to get the hardcover of The Private Eye by Vaughan and Marcos Martin when I could've read it on Panel Syndicate for much less.
