I still can't see these anymore and haven't been able to for at least a week. Is it something confined to people connecting through a Canadian ISP? I get pages that all say this...

Yes, I think this was first brought up in a thread last
week. I only get the godaddy thing on mobile though.
On my laptop I just get a link leading to a blank, white
page.

Does anybody know what's going on with the gallery? It's one of my favorite things on the internet.

The person who used to maintain the gallery recently had a
major stroke, so he is probably focused on his recovery.
I'm guessing he paid for the site out of his own pocket
also.

Is the gallery something we could fund ourselves?

When I click on the link to the Galleries, it takes me to the Commissions. Same when selecting the Pencil Scans link. Has something changed? Thanks and best...

Scott, I'm moving your post to this existing thread. As Wilson said, the person who maintains the gallery is the wonderful Dan Marcoux, and he has had some serious health issues. I think we should give Dan the time he needs to recover.

In the meantime, if you appreciate all the work Dan has done for his fellow JB fans, you can still show your gratitude by donating to his family for his recovery. His website is still accepting donations at the following address:

https://www.gofundme.com/dan-marcoux-and-family-need-help

We have redirected the link to the Commissioned Artwork Forum, which is a fantastic gallery of JB's commissions posted by JB himself, along with the thread discussion that appeared when they were completed.

Sorry I missed seeing the original thread.

I hope Dan is doing well in his recovery.

You can access the Gallery through the original URL
http://www.ourbu
nch.net/artofjohnbyrne/gallery
. The owner of the original URL
doesn’t know how to move it over to the new host, so I have to wait
until it expires before I can move it.

As far as the stroke and dialysis goes, I’m still recovering. I haven’t had
much time to get much done. The doctors say it’ll be about six months
before I feel normal. I start home dialsys in a few weeks, hopefully I
start feeling better after that.

Do what you need to do, Dan! Anything in this Forum is inconsequential next to your recovery!

Hang in there, Dan, and thank you for many years of showcasing JB's artwork to all of us out here in cyberland.
