Some of you may know Dan Marcoux as a member of this Forum for many years. He's been maintaining the John Byrne Art Gallery online for many a year too, which I'm sure fans of the great artwork posted there appreciate even if they weren't aware Dan was providing that service.
I got the word from Dan's wife that it was okay to share this info publicly. He had a serious stroke recently, has kidney failure, had brain surgery and he's doing as well as can be expected, but he has a lot of medical expenses and a long road to recovery, and on top of that he's been out of work for the better part of a year and doesn't have great insurance. His family started a gofundme page to help Dan and his wife Lisa manage during this difficult time and I thought it was appropriate to let people here know. If you'd like to help out, please do so.
