That reminds me, a Reader's Digest book that my late stepfather owned once had an article on black holes - and it was claimed that some scientists still disputed the existence of black holes. A minority of scientists, I might add.

The book was published in 1987.

Are there still scientists today who dispute the existence of black holes?

Robbie - sure. They don't have time to examine the nature of black holes, because they're still stuck on the dilemma of accepting climate change. :)
