Does anyone use MoviePass?  It sounds too good to be true:  pay $9.95 per month to see 1 movie per day at a participating theater.  I checked and most theaters in my area participate.  I'm a natural skeptic but I want to believe!  I would easily see more than 2 movies per month with this.  Should I go for it?

Been using it for a month. Takes one movie a month in my area (DC) to
make it worth it. So far so good. Have gone back for second viewings
with no hesitation - which is a nice “side” benefit.

Only issue - can’t buy tix in advance.

Sounds like the small movie theatre in my small town back in the mid-80's. He didn't really care if you snuck in as long as you bought something. I imagine this is how they are making their profit with this deal.

This was a topic of discussion in the barbershop last Wednesday. The
three people there who use it had nothing but good things to say.

Sounds like a great deal. I might have to do this. I go see at least a movie or two a month and as long as I'm seeing 2 this will more than pay for itself at the cheapest possible rate for seeing a movie which is 5 bucks on Tuesdays. Some regular showings are up to almost 9 dollars on other days. My local chain theater is a Cinemark too so I'm sure they participate in it.
