"Probably...."

"...sounds logical..."

"It's likely..."

"I bet..."

Does anyone have an actual, informed answer?

Is there an actual, informed answer that doesn't break privileged business information?

Robbie was complaining it doesn't make sense. But there are answers that do make sense, based on some of Disney's other business decisions, even if those are answers are ultimately speculative.

I never actually said, "It doesn't make sense." Those words are not found above in my posts. ;-)

Of we waited for actual, informed answers, most conversations would be quiet, especially for a topic which, odds are, no one here knows the answer to any way. Sometimes opinionated answers are all that's available.

If opinions are all that you can hope to gather without any shred of informed truth, then what's the point in the discussion?  This isn't a subject waiting to be uncovered nor something that is so important as to be reported, so everything is left to speculation. At that point, then, what's the worth of the discussion?

I mean, I know I may break the internet in suggesting that uninformed opinions and rampant speculation are absurd, but...

Have to agree with Robert.

I feel Peter Martin's guess is as good as any (along with others, too). I follow the "Spock logic" line of thought. ;-) It's the best guess we'll get until someone can find the definitive answer.

I`m surprised Disney hasn`t grabbed the Marvel licence
from Universal Studios in Florida...yet!

They'd love to.  But Universal has no interest in giving it up.

Yeah I hear you, but when has conversations " around the water cooler" ever been about facts only? Conversations are all about facts, gossip, humor, complaints...etc. So what makes this topic any different? And, there is always the choice to respond or not to respond.
