I haven't posted in the forum in awhile but I had to jump back on for this. I am going to NYCC and will try and attend the Kirby panel (the panels tend to fill up)

I'll bring my camcorder and film the panel if at all possible.

I'm going to try and also attend the signing. My understanding is IDW will be selling Star Trek books and with the first 100 sold you get a ticket to get the book and 2 others signed.

I am lugging my FF Artist Edition all the way from Oklahoma to get signed. I also hope to get my dog eared TPB of The Dark Pheonix saga from '87 signed because I love that book.

Sorry I've been away so long, I hope this all works out!

In order to accommodate as many fans as possible in the time available, IDW is limiting the signing to four items per person. That's three from IDW and one from any other publisher.

Ooh, so close.  Only 3,000 miles off from me making it to actually meet JB.

I'm assuming the Artists Edition would be considered an IDW book, but if not I'll use that as my from another publisher pick.

Their party, their rules.

I'd guess the AE would be considered IDW.

Incidentally, I won't be signing any books for "slabbing". I like my work to be able to breathe!!

John, if it helps you to continue to breathe, the X-Men issues that you signed for me back in 1980 (the Hellfire Club) are still in my possession! No E-Bay for those bad boys!

My signed Byrne books are among the treasures of my collection, a fond memory of getting to meet and chat with one of my favorite creators.

I wish I could make this con as the panel sounds amazing.

For those going, have a great time!

Slabbing is CGC or CBCS graded books.
