Interesting idea for a collectable, but I wonder if it will take off. Personally, I would be more interested in other set replica; Star Trek, Barney Miller, MASH or even The Honeymooners, but my guess is Seinfeld has a large enough fan base with non-collectors in it that might pick up this item.

I like that, but not for $500.

If it was the FRIENDS apartment I might be tempted, tho I have no idea where I'd put it!

CGI modelling is so much more space-efficient!

I want it, but I have no room for it, nor can I justify spending that much for it.

If they did something like this with the WKRP set I'd buy it.  😀

(the WKRP office set actually doesn't make sense spatially)

Maybe the Steven's house from BEWITCHED, to commemorate one of the few sets that actually seemed to fit into the exterior shell.

Ooh, I'll take the Munster's living room with opening staircase..

...and that Seinfeld set needs a Superman magnet on the fridge.

I enjoyed Seinfeld but I don't need an exacting replica of his modest common laundry one bedroom NYC apartment.  I guess I shouldn't say too modest, as comparables apparently fetch $900K, even without a doorman.

The only thing that intrigues me is the scale, it looks 1:18 just eyeballing, that's 3 3/4" action figure size.

Prompted by this thread I did a little online investigation of Monica's apartment from FRIENDS, wondering if I might consider modeling it strictly for my own amusement.

Ye Gods! That way lies madness! SO MUCH STUFF!!!!

(Also, depressing to note how many people have already tried this, and produced some truly bizarre interpretations!)

That staircase was in the front all, not the living room!

Yeah, Herman bursts through the front door with the staircase right behind it.
