I'm confident, at least as long as Kevin Feige is producing, Marvel will reshoot entire films if they have to, in order to maintain the brand strength.

——

Exactly. At this point, Marvel’s brand is more important than any one movie. It’s why they can do “risky” movies like GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY and BLACK PANTHER and do huge box office. They’re not going to do a quick cash grab with a bad film and taint their movie line.

This movie will be great, I can't wait for
it, i think the Russos bros have created
the best films in the Marvel Cinematic
Universe, but Marvel has released a
steaming pile of crap, it's called Iron
Man 2.

I think I'm going to be very happy with this movie. But the poster does not have a single masked character on it. Which is a shame.

David Allen Perrin:

The scene I crave would actually come from Infinity War.

Sam Wilson and Rhodey Rhodes stand in Wakanda for the first time....look at each other in amazement....and ask to become citizens.

Because THAT would be real.

===================================

After watching this trailer and seeing the Black Panther, I believe such a scene would be funny and heart-wrenching at the same time.

I gotta get my tickets now!

Yup.  3D is just too dim for me to fully enjoy.  2D is just perfect especially with the sound cranked up to ‘ridiculous’.

Looks completely overstuffed to the breaking point, which could lead to some storytelling troubles, but it still looks fun, at least.

My son is very much excited for this one.  I may be completely exhausted by the end of it!

I hate 3D David, but IMAX only show films in 3D here, you can’t find a 2D IMAX, even a LIMAX anywhere in the U.K. At least I haven’t managed to find one.

Really frustrating

So when Spider-Man meets a fellow hero, he removes his mask and reveals his civilian identity?

What's doubly funny about that, is that Cisco mentioned in the latest Flash episode of having watched the Spider-man films. So in a strange mirror like way, it'd be like in each other's universe their counterparts are fictional characters.

Bought my ticket.

Saw on Fandango that the center seats are already being snapped up for that weekend at my local theaters.

I'm amused that this movie has Steve Rogers as Nomad without having him "actually" be Nomad.

There could be a nod to Nomad in the film. We'll see soon.

Avengers: Infinity War is not only selling more advance tickets than Black Panther, but also more tix than the combined totals of Thor: Ragnarok, Spider-Man: Homecoming, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, Dr. Strange, Ant-Man & Captain America: Civil War.

WOW!

Canada are doing a competition in 10 cities - each has a different Avenger. Last day of work in Edmonton and my colleague and I found two Baby Groot planters. So cute they were.

I walked right past the first one and she saw it. So we went hunting for a second. She knew exactly where one might be and sure enough, there it was.

I looked forward to Thor: Ragnoarok, I looked forward to Black Panther. I thought I was heading toward super hero movie burn out.

But......

I am so jacked and excited for this movie. I have never been so "chomping at the bit" for a freaking movie. I hope it's as good as the trailers........
