Eelco might have the best JB original art collection in existence. Certainly the best JB Dr Doom original art collection!

M.W. Kaluta

I would buy comics off the rack, in the '70's, solely because of his cover art.

Gah! Trying to post the original art from the FF issue with the "Galactus falls" splash page, but can't get it to work.

Okay, I give up. Can't get it to post for some reason. Maybe it's something with my internet connection. Apologies, folks.

While I would not normally pair Jim Starlin with Ernie Chua, this piece really works!
(Notice how Man-Thing inspires some really great art?)

Tom Grindberg's art has come a long way from his 90's Marvel stuff on Warlock and the Infinity Watch. When did he start using this Frazetta influenced style? His recent work on Tarzan is quite gorgeous as well.

Grindberg did a really good job aping Neal Adams way back--and that takes a certain talent!  Trying to distance himself from that, his style morphed into something I didn't like.  This piece is beautiful though--if he can do this level of quality consistently, I'd like to see a lot more from him.

It does look like there's some lettering under Kane's
distinctive"GK" though.
