Wish he were still with us. Almost two years later and I still get a bit sad when I watch TOS. Wrath of Khan has also gotten harder to see. But enough of that Happy 86th Birthday.

Leonard Nimoy's birthday was also that of my stepdaughter, Kate, and it was my parent's wedding anniversary. Memories combine.

Of course, I think of him every day I am working on NEW VISIONS. Sadly, there are some images that cannot help but conjure a litany of dead, dead, dead...

As Tom Hanks so aptly put it, Leonard Nimoy was not Mr. Spock, but Mr. Spock was his gift to us all.
