Nah...they may actually be in better hands with Sam Bradford (as
long as they can fix their O-Line and keep him upright).

I heard rumblings when he got hurt that it could be career-threatening. Hope it's not the case, he's a talented kid.

Some reports are saying he may not even be back until halfway through the 2018 season. His agent is ripping into all of the reports that he'll miss next season, but that's what agents do.

Whew. Usually it's Bradford getting injured!

His injury wasn't just career threatening, it was leg threatening.  To have that happen in a non contact situation in practice, just dropping back to pass, is all the more scary for his career prospects.

While it's a fluke accident, it would concern me that he may not be built for the NFL.  Makes me think he's pushed his body beyond what it's capable of enduring.

If his knee's going to blow out while dropping back, makes it hard to think he's got much of a future if dropping back is something he'll have to do thousands of more times.

I really hope he's able to come back from it. No one deserves to go out like that, and he's got the makings of a darn fine QB.

As a non Vikings fan I couldn't care less if he misses 2017.  But  as far as his career goes. I hope that he is able to rebound. Further more I hope the youngster doesn't lose his leg.

Unless that player has a name that rhymes with "dodgers" (i'm sort of joking...), I never want to see them get injured.  When the injury did happen, there were reports that it could be career ending....  Hopefully he can come back.

I don't take this as bad news for me (a Vikings fan).  I take this as bad news for Teddy.  We'll be fine.  I think we came out even in the wash with Philly for the Bradford trade and it's going to serve us well in the next few seasons.  What I think about is Teddy personally and I hope that he's OK, not just physically but mentally as well particularly if his injury means he's out of football altogether.

As I've said outside of this forum, I just want HIM to be OK and life (including football or not football) will work itself out.
