Anyone else catch the first two episodes of this? So far I'm liking it, I was surprised by the language they're getting away with in the first episodes, but I guess FX after 9 PM is fair game for it...

I have watched the first two eps,it seems promising. The recreation of olde London looks good.I am enjoying this much more than Dirk Gently on Netflix!

I'm interested enough that I set my DVR to record the show, although apparently not interested enough to actually watch it yet. I might get to it this weekend; I didn't get any sense of what the show is about from the commercials, which may be why I've slow to watch it.

I was the same Thom,i have downloaded the first 2 eps off BBC i-Player on the recommendation of my mom.I watched them on Sunday and enjoyed it enough to carry on viewing as it airs. It`s from the same team behind Peaky Blinders, plus Tom Hardy and his father if that helps!

First two eps on the DVR. Heard good things. Looking forward to catching up.
FWIW I greatly enjoyed DIRK GENTLY, although the two series couldn't be more different from one another.

I enjoyed the first three episodes. "Intriguing" is an apt description, although that worries me a bit too; shows that try so hard to be mysterious are often disappointing. Sometimes they lead to satisfaction, but more often than not, IMO, there's nothing behind the smoke and mirrors. Hoping TABOO falls into the former category.

2 episodes left for the first season, will it make it to a 2nd season or is James Delaney doomed to 1 season only? The story so far has been good...
