The article is pretty matter-of-fact about something terrorists and certain military organizations would surely love to utilize in achieving their agendas.  Humans and many larger animals than rats have a similar amygdala and this brain region has long been of interest to science but this seems an alarming step forward.

The EC word count per panel is absurdly high, but the Leroy lettering (whatever its drawbacks) makes it feel less crowded.  At least to me!
