I had this image in my head last night that Trump stroked out mid sentence and tweeted with his face when he collapsed onto the phone.

C'mon, he obviously meant to type 'coverage', and probably hit send prematurely.

Let's not get too petty. There are plenty of other more pertinent things to be criticizing or making fun of Trump than a fat-fingered tweet.

Complete strangers make fun of my tweet typos on the rare occasions they occur. A man with Trump's famous self-confidence and maturity should be just fine.

Meanwhile, in serious news, Trump plans to withdraw from the Paris Agreement on climate change, making the US one of just three countries outside the historic pact to reduce planet-warming emissions.

And one of the other two is Syria!

Trump has said in interviews that he himself does not type his own tweet postings. He has assistants around him at all times and calls out to them whenever a thought of significant importance strikes him that it is worth tweeting. Whether this has changed since he took office, I don't know, but I do remember the interview being cited in speculations as to whether our current commander-in-chief can actually read.

I don't know if I buy that. He has a demoralized lackey on call at 4 am to transcribe his tweets?

Never mind, I guess I do kind of buy it.

Well, as promised, Trump pulled the US out of the Paris Agreement on combating climate change, a horrible setback to international efforts to curb global warming...  it basically means we don't have a "seat at the table" and don't get to set the terms.

I suspect many industries will just keep on with green technology knowing this is a temporary setback and which will be corrected when this administration and Congress are gone. Standards might become strict... because we'll have a lot of catching up to do.

"...the absence of American leadership..."

Obama throwing shade like a 1000 year old oak tree.

God bless him.
