------------------------------ Good luck with that. Boeing are already contracted to make the planes. The US Government would have to pay over a hundred million dollars to Boeing if they go to a different company.
Crucially, this does not affect Trump's security during this term -- he will be using the current Air Force One. The one he is talking about cancelling will affect whosoever is President in 2020 and onward.
As for the actual accuracy of Trump's quoted number...
This is what Josh Earnest, the White House spokesperson, had to say:
"Some of the statistics that have been cited, shall we say, don't appear to reflect the nature of the financial arrangement between Boeing and the Department of Defence."
