I'll never understand the concept of a booking fee, though. Nearly seven quid. For what?! I've created no extra work for them so why booking fees?!

Ah, what the hell, Brian, I'm looking forward to it!

We have processing fees here. For tickets that are never printed but show up on my phone.

At one of the last shows we went to, and I can't remember what it was or if I even went, we bought two $35 tickets. After the myriad of fees were added, those two tickets cost us over $120. That's over $50 in fees for the pair. It's bullshit.

It is bullshit. I mean, my ticket is digital. I've created no extra work. No envelopes or postage stamps. One day, someone should challenge the premise/concept in court. ;-)

Pearl Jam did 22 years ago. That was when fees were only a couple of bucks.

That, and the Ticketmaster scam of reselling tickets at hugely inflated prices via Resale sites that THEY own, that were never on sale to the general public in the first place, why has the Monopolies Commission not gone after them,or the fraud squad?

Don't worry, Bill. I am convinced there is a special level in Hell for such people!

I'm not sure this rates a posting in Movies, but it's probably good here:

NEVER TOO YOUNG TO DIE is due out on Blu-Ray in April.

John Stamos is a secret agent. Vanity is his partner. Gene Simmons is a hermaphrodite megalomaniac (and he plays one in the movie, too!).

I'm not making this up.

Previously only (officially) released in the U.S. on VHS, long out of print. Shout Factory is releasing a Blu-Ray/DVD combo.

And yes. I'll be getting a copy.

That is some '80s cheese of which I just cannot bring myself to sample...

(Love the Gene comment, Brian!)

Just finished Paul's book this weekend past. Probably my favorite of the four.

True enough. Trump is like Gene Simmons without the modicum of talent. And immigrant perspective (clearly).
