Chris Ryall sent along another of the Leonard O'Grady color jobs for the planned portfolio...

Once again noting that these are not meant to be the "official" colors. I have asked Len to vary color schemes from page to page, so those who undertake coloring the actual book will still be free to choose their own.

Unbelievable hand cramp from colouring the star field of "LAUNCH"...

•••

I don't think it would be altogether inappropriate to color over the stars and then use some form of white-out to restore them.

Indeed. Frisket is your friend.

Trying to frisket the stars sounds like a quick way to go mad -- and not in a good way!

If anyone is interested in buying a page of original artwork from this wonderful book, this evening I posted a couple of pages to my web-site; you can check them out HERE.

Please contact me privately at: capshockeyfan@yahoo.com if you would like to order one of the posted pieces or inquire as to the availability of other pages from the book.

Excellent development idea, so thanks to IDW for making this happen.

As much as I love the artwork in black and white, I appreciate any reason to buy more JB stuff!
