Back to the number one lesson in costume design: the ones that last are not based on current fashion fads!

Do you think they do this from an artist stand point? (The hoods that is.) Is it an easy way out from drawing the face all the time? I heard that is why a lot of characters have simple mask. Thoughts?

No, I think it's the designer and editors thinking a hoodie is "hip." I don't think it's an artistic shortcut.

Spider-Gwen goes by Spider-Woman. The book is presumably titled that way to be distinct from the Jessica Drew Spider-Woman book.

Well at least they dodged a PR nightmare by not putting Miles in a hoodie...

too soon?

I'll pile on because Marvel deserves it.  How come the Thing needs an under-suit, an outer-suit, and boots but the Native American hero is stereotypically shirtless?

 QUOTE:
What's with Cap and Wolverine being in their 70's?
Steve lost the Super Soldier Formula (again) and wound up close to his actual age. Though it seems he's in good shape for a guy pushing 100. Sharon got aged too by living decades in "Dimension Z"  So both are white haired and wrinkled right now,

But I gather, after "Secret Wars" (the new one), he is part
of the regular MU?

.......

Not sure.   Spider-Gwen will bounce between her reality and
the mainstream one.   Red Wolf is supposed to be set in the
past. (The only way to do Red Wolf without him being a
stereotype. ) so Old Man Logan could be anywhere.

Nice drawings. Generally terrible concepts.

Doctor Doom's face looks like rip-off of the Sandman version of Doctor Destiny to me. Why would he be missing teeth?

Nice drawings.

I found them to be rather bland and lifeless. I notice that in a lot of Marvel's books. Among other things, there's no real "spark of life."

Generally terrible concepts.

Karnak had a great costume and now he looks like a Morlock.
