That would have been good.
I do recall a Moon Knight story in one issue, but "two parts". The Hulk guest-starred and although the two characters never really met (not really, they were in the shadows together at one point). First part of tale was seen from Moon Knight's perspective, second part from the Hulk's perspective.

ROY: Maybe villain comic would work if it were like "Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead" kind of deal, where we're just seeing the flip side of our regular stories told from the heroes' perspective. Like the B story becomes the A story, which I can't find on TVTropes.
SER: Yeah, it's a comic-book version of MACBETH or RICHARD III. I realized after Michael Rosenbaum and John Glover left SMALLVILLE that I was far more interested in the "tragedy" of Lex Luthor than I was in the story of that series's Clark Kent.
Arguably, some superhero movies -- especially the first BATMAN -- take a "villain protagonist" approach.
The problem now, I think, is that a character like The Joker is a complete monster and not even relatable to the audience from a Hannibal Lecter standpoint.
It might work with Lex Luthor at one extreme or Catwoman at the other. The former is evil but more a master planner (like Doctor Doom) and not a serial killer. The latter is not a killer and is a low-level enough crook that we can accept her running around free. Of course, even with Catwoman, the temptation becomes to redeem her.
