I figured this might warrant it's own thread, rather than
being consigned to the New Comics thread. Next month a
Garcia-Lopez Superman collection hits, including the
Superman/Wonder Woman special. I'm ALL OVER this!

Some of the most breath-taking comic art that I can recall will be between those covers...!

If you could clone one guy and have him draw every single DC comic book every month, I'd go for Jose.  He drew pretty much every single DC toy and licensed product I grew up with, I don't think there's a character he can't nail every single time out.

I've had this pre-ordered for months. Can't wait. I also just bought the original treasure sized "Superman vs Wonder Woman" that he did with Gerry Conway. Some gorgeous art in that one. Even though it's reprinted in this collection, I still had to get it. That one and his Batman vs Hulk have been holy grail's for me for a long time.

I would *love* to see both DC and Marvel reprint their
entire lines of Treasury Editions in that size. The
originals are SO expensive to track down.

I don't think you're looking in the right places, Trevor. I recently picked the the original SUPERMAN vs THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN in really great condition (mine was falling apart!) at a consignment store for $20.

Yeah, Trevor, ebay is a good source if you do a good search. I bought the first four Blueberry Epic graphic novels (all in perfect condition, they looked brand new) for just over 35 bucks for ALL four, while in the same search, I saw one of them listed at almost $100. I bought the Superman vs Wonder Woman treasury edition for just over $9.

JB, Robert - I live in a fairly small town, so you don't
really catch deals like that here, but I do find myself in
Halifax somewhat frequently, so I guess I need to start
haunting those kinds of places when the opportunity
presents. Thanks for the tip!
