My "crew" took their final form over the weekend, so here's a peek. Shouldn't be terribly informative!

I am simply amazed at the amount of body language this conveys and the illusion of eye contact. The first thing I saw when I opened the page was France (I'm calling him Proust because I assume that's what his book is) seemingly looking right at me. Phenomenal.

So for the movie, I'm thinking: Channing Tatum, Johnny Depp, Hillary Swank, William H. Macy, Lucy Lui, and Denzel Washington.

For the movie I am thinking all unknowns to North American audiences. I could see using an actor that is recognized in Japanese, French or Russian film, but get strong, unknown actors and let the story drive the project. Although I admit that approach could be all wrong after the story starts coming out and we know more about it. =)

Fun little game for me is trying to figure out who's the "Brains", who's the "Muscle",the "Boss", the "smart ass" even who's......the "Traitor"! Then, when I read the book and find out I was wrong on all counts well, thats fun too.

So a model United Nations comic...neat!
Looking forward to what appears to be a journey into some original sci-fi material.
