11" x 17" illo of Wolverine vs. a Sentinel; the details are:

- please have the Sentinel blasting Wolverine in mid-leap; the blast is exposing part of Wolverine's adamantium skeleton (perhaps just an arm and a portion of a side).

The key element are:

- the customer would like you to show some details of Wolverine's claw mechanism

- please have Wolverine attacking, not being blasted backward

Wolverine's costume could either be Days of Future Past or the Yellow and Blue version from your X-Men run.

Nice morning commission

••

Atchully, I started this one last weekend, but other matters intervened, and prevented me finishing. This morning I did another 12 minutes work (I was curious, so I timed myself) and it was finally done!

For those who might be curious, here's the image with this morning's work grayed out. . .

These details were, of course, shown, and almost immediately ignored, in the "Days of Future Past" storyline.

Immediately?

Still, anyway, I'm glad the customer ignored the current "biological mechanism" deal.

I always preferred the idea that the Weapon X project heads saw Logan and said "hey, here's a guy we can do pretty much whatever we want to, and he'll heal up from it." Hence all the adamantium and bionic implants.
