How would you say you see Robin's costume, is that a red vest over a green t-shirt or a red tunic with green sleeves?

In Teen Titans Perez drew him taking off the red vest revealing the green shirt underneath. That's only time I remember seeing it one way or another.

I always thought of it as a red shirt with green sleeves, but I like the idea that it's a green shirt uderneath a red vest.

I always thought it was a red tunic with green sleeves. I was more curious about why Batman thought it was a good idea to send his sidekick out to fight crime in a Speedo.

i had always through a red shirt with green sleves until i saw Perez draw him removing the vest at which point i thought "Of Course!"

I always saw it as a red tunic worn over a green shirt. Isn't that how they did Burt Ward's costume? My perception may have been influenced by that.
