The Juggernaut is powered by Cytorrak's (sp?) gem and is supposed to be unstoppable. Cytorrak, according to Dr. Strange is one of the most powerful beings in the Universe.

The Asgardian Destroyer armour was built by Odin to kill Celestials. Does Odin have enough power to kill a Celestial, or the ability to make something able to do the job?

What happens if the Juggernaut fights the Destroyer? Who wins? Supposedly the Destroyer, if *it raises its visor can let out a blast that could "destroy" anything, so what if it does this to the Juggernaut?

* I'm referring the the Destroyer armour as an "it" because it gets animated by a living "host" and then seems to control its own actions more so than the host does.

As I recall, the reveal that the Destroyer had been constructed to defeat the Celestials was from the same arc that actually showed it failing to defeat them, while powered by the spirit of Odin himself, and bolstered by the spirits of all other Asgardians except Thor.  And weilding the Odinsword besides. 

I think the Celestials are top dogs here, second (in my own humble opinion) only to Galactus.

According to the spell that empowers Juggernaut, he cannot be stopped.  The Destroyer would not have the power to stop him, so long as the Juggernaut is in motion.  What happens to the Juggernaut's invulnerability when he comes to a stop on his own?  Can he be disintegrated if he isn't moving?  Is the spell too specific for his own good?  I don't know, but they may be good questions.

Yes, Thor fought Juggernaut during the classic DeFalco/Frenz run.  It was quite good, too.  I have a fondness for battles in railraod yards now.

My favorite scene was when Thor tossed Mjolnir at the Juggernaut, who let the hammer go by him, grabbed the strap, and hitched a ride back to Thor (since the hammer always returns).  Now, whether the Juggernaut shuld be able to grab Mjolnir or not is a question, but it was fun to read. 

The New Warriors guest starred in the next issue, and I loved that because they were basicly useless...and realized that, too.

Well, tecnically, he wasn't lifting it. And Spider-Man did something similar in MT-U. Only he webbed Mjolnir and it pulled him around. It was in the Spidey/ Thor issue JB drew. Number 70, I believe. With the best inls of his run, IMO.

I just meant that I wasn't sure if the Juggernaut was quick enough to grab it in mid-flight, but as you can see by the page (I uploaded afterwards) that he didn't have to be quick.  I had forgotten it slowed down.

I was surprised by how much I liked the run and the subsequent Thunderstrike series.  They have a very strong early Marvel feel to them.
