Love it! The Colossus again proves you have little competition in drawing him. Love that right fist on Sasquatch. And I like the "energy" effect going from Guardian to Colossus. Very nice piece.

Wow that is incredible. This may be the best rendition of Sasquatch I have ever seen! Amazing, JB! Congrats to the commissioner!
I do have to admit that I am not a native Canadian so the reference is unknown to me. Hopefully the title meaning will be revealed!

It looks like Colossus is giving Guardians force field a hard time! Great commission JB, I've been wondering where you've been all morning.

The Colossus again proves you have little competition in drawing him.•• Strange thing -- 30+ years of drawing Colossus, and every time I find myself thinking How is this guy a mutant? After all these years, I still can't satisfy myself that there is a "realistic" way his mutation could work. If he just turned into "living metal" I'd have no problem -- but it's the articulation! Feels like >shudder< "intelligent design"!

I've been wondering where you've been all morning.•• Mostly, I've been waiting for my internet connection to switch itself back on. Been out since yesterday. Posted a few times with my iPhone, but no way to get commissions up that way!

Ah! Gotcha! My mind wasn't seeing this as a specific confrontation from a comics story.

Cool pic, JB.
Still remember getting excited when I finally managed to track that issue down (as a back issue) after reading the one before, and I didn't want to wait for Classic X-men to catch up.
Is that inked with the XS Pitt?
Thanks.

Is that inked with the XS Pitt?•• Not something this large. I used the F nib, and a lot of brush.
