Started Season Three of JUSTIFIED last night. Margo Martindale was
absolutely sublime in Season Two. This show is absolutely fantastic.

Season 2 of Justified is stellar television. I really wish she did more than the
one season. She's really good in Sneaky Pete on Amazon which has a few of
the Justified actors and producers.

I didn’t think she could top THE AMERICANS, but she sure did.

Finished Season 3 of Blakes 7 last night, started Season 4 today(of course the only reason I have all 4 seasons is a $3 clearance from Half Price Books, the German release). Sometimes it's good having an All Region Blu Ray Player...

Continuing with L&O. So many young actors!!

Sometimes the “ripped from the headlines” bit as a tad heavy handed.

STAR TREK: TOS, season 2:  "A Piece Of The Action"

I had only seen this episode once before, maybe 45 years ago on a TV rerun when I lived in southern California.

It's not the usual high concept Trek that I normally enjoy, but it was fun to watch if only to see Spock as a Chicago gangster.

"Blake" - The final episode of Blakes 7, if you want to make sure you end a series there's no other example I can think of.  Definitely a final episode...

LUCIFER season 5, part 1. Watched all of it over two days.

The reason its part 1 is that they split the season rather than delaying it, because they didn't get to finish the finale before the virus hit. Apparently they still have 60% of the finale to shoot, according to an interview Tom Ellis did. So 8 episodes is better than none.

Episode 4 will be either fun or an annoyance for some, as it interrupts the storyline....somewhat. Its a 1940's flashback, with the other cast members playing different characters, and done mostly in black and white. (Lucifer is still Lucifer.) The episode is also cheesier than normal.  But, it actually does tie in to the season.

Alos, if you've ever wanted to hear Tom Ellis speak with an American accent, you're in luck, as he plays dual roles this season. And the cliffhanger ending for the season half? To quote QUANTUM LEAP...OH, BOY!

Definitely better than the previous season.

Bad news, though:

I guess everyone without Allstate insurance is going to Hell...... :p

The split season was announced last year. Half-seasons have become pretty common with Netflix.
