I'm not a fan or shows coming back but I would love too see a Scrubs reunion of some sort.  I'm well into season 5 and besides one or two clunkers its holding up well.  Besides one very obvious reference to the year it was shot (the staff photo episode) and the flip phones there is a timeless quality.  They must have paid a fortune in music rights there is so much good music in this show.

I found a few random Newsradio episodes on youtube that's another little quirky show that holds up well.

SCRUBS "returned," in microcosm, when Sam Lloyd revisited his character Ted on an episode of COUGAR TOWN. A moment that seemed to exist only to do a bad joke and take away his happy ending.

That's the moment I lost SCRUBS.

I always strongly associate NEWSRADIO with Phil Hartman's murder, and it pulls me out whenever I try to watch it.

Unavoidable, really, altho I think the show might have "softened the blow" for viewers and fans by having his character LEAVE rather than die. I understand the need of the cast and crew to present some kind of tribute, but it would have been more in character for Bill McNeil to take a better job somewhere else, with no thought to his co-workers.

CHEERS season 1.

A nice rewatch, spurred on by a visit to Boston (and the actual pub at the Cheers location) earlier this summer.

I had forgotten how funny, and important to the show, Coach was.

Watched season 1 of JACK RYAN on Amazon. I liked it a lot. I'll be back for season 2.

I'm 4 episodes into THE BOYS, also on Amazon. I'm enjoying it. I like it more than I recall liking the comics.

Caught the first episode of CARNIVAL ROW (Amazon again). Intrigued enough to watch more!

Started watching Season 2 of BOSCH (guess where) and I plan on catching up.

Been viewing season 3 episodes of BATMAN ('66) over the last couple of weeks.
Degrading into full out 1 liners most of the time, there is the redeeming factor of having Batgirl around. Watching her kick henchman is the highlight of most episodes.
Cameos abound, even when I didn't recognize the person, you could tell it was one. So with phone in hand I'd track them down. One such cameo was David Schine, who to that points claim to fame was being the chief aide to Sen. McCarthy during the ant-Communist hearings.  Odd.
