We know that the Squadron Sinister/Supreme is Marvel's tip of the hat to DC's Justice League of America and that the Shi'ar's Imperial Guard is Marvel's version of DC's Legion of Super Heroes (which is interesting because both teams offers a representation of Superman/Superboy, with Hyperion and Gladiator).  Besides these "homage" teams, is there any other Marvel character/team that was created as a homage to a DC character/team?  And on the flip side, did DC do the same?

The character "The Shroud" was supposed to have been Marvel's nod to Batman back in the 70's. At least that is what they said about him.

I always thought of Moon Knight as being Marvel's answer to Batman (or one of them anyway).

Anyway, there's also the Fantastic Four  who were Kirby's response to his own CHALLENGERS OF THE UNKNOWN.

As a clarification of this post, I'm referring to characters who were created point blank as a homage to another company's character.  I know that there are characters who resemble other characters, but are not "yes, this character is ... from DC (or such).  Thanks.

There was a DC version of the Invaders who fought against some of DC's WWII heroes.  (I think it was in Freedom Force - could be wrong about that though.)

I'm reading through Vloume 3 of the Fantastic Four right now, and recently finished the FF's foray through the Negative Zone as portrayed by Claremont and Larocca.  There' s a crime-fighting duo called Lockdown and Rosetta Stone in Shadow City, which are a pretty obvious take off on Batman and Robin.  There are a couple of twists - Rosetta Stone, the Robin take off character, in her secret identity is the rich person who employs Lockdown when he is out of costume.  The opening page of the issue show Lockdown driving a "Batmobile" style vehicle. It was a fun variation, and neat to se the FF square off against "Batman."  Reed and Lockdown tried to out-deduce each other.

Laren's right, Bob Rozakis created an evil version of the Invaders who appeared in Freedom Force, called the Crusaders.  They consisted of Americommando and Rusty, Fireball and Sparky, and Barracuda.  Roy Thomas then countered in the Invaders series by introducing a Marvel team called the Crusaders who were all evil analogues of the Freedom Force: Spirit of '76, Dyna-Mite, Ghost Girl, Tommy Lightning, Cap'n Wings, and Thunderfist.

Additionally, you might recognize who these two are supposed to be evil Nazi version of....

Justice League #87 featured the "champions of Angor" who were an Avengers takeoff done in response to the Squadron Supreme:

Yeah, Thomas' Invaders super Nazis were clearly analogues of members of DC's JLA:

Master Man: Superman (the name is a re-used Fawcett hero)
Warrior Woman: Wonder Woman
Baron Blood: Batman (name is a reworking of an obscure GA villain for Hillman I think, Baroness Blood)
U-Man: Aquaman

Re-using names is a common Thomas trait. All of the Crusaders' names belonged to heroes in the forties.

Lockdown and Rosetta Stone sounds like they owe a bit to Stripesy and the Star-Spangled Kid where the adult is the sidekick.

And Wundarr was a Superman parody:

While not precisely (I believe) what you were asking for but, in the episode
"Wake the Dead" from the Justice League animated series there's a 'nod' to
Marvels Defenders.
Dr. Fate = Doctor Strange
Aquaman = Sub-Mariner
Solomon Grundy = Hulk
Hawk Girl = Valkrye
