I really can't see Didio being a Quesada clone since Quesada's tactics are successful while Didio fails at everything he does.  As for the decline blame the fools who open up comic book stores thinking they will rake in the dough only to end up closing shop because they don't know how to sell the comics to their customers or even how to treat their customers to ensure they'll keep coming back.  Marvel and the independent publishers can't do everything.

Remember how just a few months back many thought Quesada was going to lose his job because of One More Day? He's still around.

I've never been a fan of Didio's running of DC. He strikes me as a fan who somehow became top dog and is more worried about being a celebrity than an editor and chief.

Didio is taking fire from all sides now.  None of us will be surprised if there is a changing of the guard.

But what about Paul Levitz? That guy knows & loves comics. Why is he sitting on his fat executive arse letting this crap happen?

I read that Didnothinggoodiknow's isn't renewing his contract.

Marvel are beating DC and, I read, if they were smarter they'd be beating them by more.

Dan Didio is the Earth-2 Joe Quesada.

I'd say the Earth-3 (CSA) version <g>. It depresses me how far DC has fallen in such a short period of time....

Not just any tool - he's a chisel, a tool that requires other tools to be effective.

Weird.  He seems a "civilian" to me.
