It'd be interesting to see a villains version of this chart

This issue was a really fun way to test characters "strength"...

Funny how in Spider-Man's list, Colossus gets knocked down to his own power level because he's a teenager. Used to be the same arguments were raised about the high school Peter Parker.

Colossus probably should be a heavyweight.

Love the Werewolf and Beast giving Spider-Woman the same adulation in their own way.

I'm glad Hercules is up there. Herc's right there with Thor, only he does it without no hammer.

Without question the Surfer can be a super-heavyweight if he so chooses. He's proven to be a physical match for the Hulk and the Abomination if he powers up enough, and in once issue, he completely overpowered the Rhino. I've always wondered what his base level is though. I wouldn't be surprised if it was lower than most people think.

Not really.  Thor's strength doesn't come from the hammer.

I remember, have, and love Amazing Spider-Man Annual #15.  That's a GREAT issue.  I did not know that Klaus pencilled it.  I always thought Frank Miller did the pencils.  I will have to go back and look at that again.

Q for JB - have you ever had such an amazing synergy with an inker where you considered doing what Frank did with Klaus and just give layouts and trust that the final product would turn out?
