Took a spontaneous trip to Toy-R-Us this afternoon and couldn't resist these new DC Direct figures!

A very Blood of the Demon looking Etrigan and...

...a great looking Orion with an amazingly well-made Astro Harness!  I can't believe they even tried make the harness for him but it came out great!

By the way....the Orion and Etrigan figures I posted above are part of the wave of figures where you can collect the parts to put together Metamorpho.  I now have his left arm and right leg with no intentions of collecting the rest of the parts.  Anyone interested?  Just shoot me an e-mail.

I liked the Red Tornado from that set of figures by Mattel. His hand tornado is plenty cool, plus he is very poseable. I wasn't too thrilled about the Penguin or picking up another Batman figure, though.

Man, I love the design of that Machine Man, but isn't he a little too glossy or something? Maybe it's just the light???

Are you keen to save the styrofoam too? If not, the boxes do flatten and
could be stored like that.

I keep the whole kit and kaboodle...because the day is coming where we will outgrow our place and I want to have the packaging at the ready.

Seriously, I save almost ALL the boxes for stuff I buy..electronics...figures...it's my little sickness, I suppose. (amongst others, that is).
