I checked, and didn’t see those seams in any clips from the movie.

I'm not sure if I should start a new thread or have my topic remain here.

I need help from any forum members that could share some insight.
I'm interested in getting a model of the Star Trek Enterprise NCC-1701.
What's a good one to try and acquire?
Oh, and not a build your own model kit, I'll never get around to doing that. The size doesn't need to be any larger than 18". At some point  I'd like to add  the NCC-1701-D and then the NX-01. Any companies make all three? It would be nice to keep them in the same scale.
Thanks for any replies.

I guess Greg Kirkman would be the best to answer those
questions Gundars

Speaking of such things—Enterprise models, not Kirkman—the Hallmark tree-topper arrived today. Smaller than, but somehow reminiscent of, the old AMT kit. Pretty nicely done.

My only “complaint”: the base is four of the arrowhead emblems, but they all have the Command insignia. I would have done all three, with the STAR TREK logo on the front.

Thanks for the heads up JB, I'll look into the Hallmark tree-topper!

Are these cards for an upcoming Hasbro toy line new illustrations by JB?

The card art is by John Tyler Christopher. He was told to develop a “classic” Marvel art look similar to Buscema, Ditko and Byrne.
