JB's costume sketch makes me think "Anatomy of a Spider-Man".

I've looked at this so many times today I'm now not only imagining where this scene takes place in the Generations timeline, but Spider-Man's legacy in that "imaginary story."

Awesome commission piece! I've often considered a romantic scene!
Congratulations to the owner!

Boom Box and CDs? I see Bruce and Alfred into the latest gadgets, should
have iPod and portable speakers.

You think an iPod would be recognizable, small as it would be?

This commission brings a level of fun to all the characters involved that I have not seen in sometime! Outstanding job Mr. Byrne. It's getting very tempting to break open the piggy bank for one of these classics.

funny, I was thinking just the opposite...

boom box, seeing how this is more early-1980's vintage to me........ iPod would be an anachronism here.

(is that the word I want?)

anachronism, yes. When you normally see a modern item in a past setting. Normally happens in movies.

Wouldn't have bothered me if it had been a record player or a tape deck, that's a great piece.

Was CAP / BATMAN the first DC/Marvel commission?

What other DC Marvels has JB done as commissions?

It seems like a few have been done recently since the Captains Marvel / Mar-Vell piece a few months back - am I remembering incorrectly?
