An all-time classic, and one of the best Doom stories ever.

 

By the way, regarding that little trick on page 6... JB uses the technique (repeating the same image several times to indicated "real time"/awkward pauses) sparingly, and thus gives it great impact when he does use it (as with the end of the She-Hulk graphic novel, when Jen learns that she's stuck in her She-Hulk form).

The technique seems to be in use by writers and artists all the time now, primarily for "decompression" purposes. Too bad.
