Its well deserved.

Hope the rumor about DDP being one of this year's entrants is true.

Besides DDP, former WWE Women's Champ Beth Phoenix is expected to be inducted. I've also heard reports of Rick Rude, Mike Rotunda (aka Irwin R. Shyster) and The Natural Disasters - John Tenta (Earthquake) and Fred Ottman (Typhoon).

Beth Phoenix going in makes no sense when there are several other women who belong in first.

Throw in The Natural Disasters as well... so many better teams ahead of them that are more worthy. Apparently, there are internal issues (politics) preventing those picks.

Is Bill "Ax" Eadie still part of the class-action suit against WWE?

Probably.

I have no problem with the Natural Disasters going in, but John Tenta should eventually go in solo, as well. He wasn't just Earthquake. He was also Golga, the gold masked member of The Oddities. (The less said about his time as Avalanche and The Shark, the better) His feud with Jake The Snake Roberts was one of my favorites.

Its too soon for Beth Phoenix to go in, when Molly Holly, Ivory , Bull Nakano, Miss Elizabeth, Victoria, Luna Vachon, Chyna, Leilani Kai, and Mike McGuirk (the first female announcer) aren't in yet. All of whom had much more significant contributions than her.

Its a no-brainer that Edge will induct her, if another woman doesn't.

Both members of Demolition are part of the suit.

And Eadie successfully sued Vince 20 years ago over Demolition rights.

The Masked Superstar is still the greatest wrestler of all-time!

I have no issues with the Natural Disasters but....

The Midnight Express, Hart Foundation, Bulldogs, New Age Outlaws, The Nasty Boyz, the Steiners... ALL better picks (to me) for the tag team "wing" of the HoF.

And yes, I don't get Beth Phoenix getting in before the ladies mentioned above.

I'm still baffled that Cyndi Lauper hasn't been inducted. Wonder if she was asked and turned them down?

And I'm probably in the minority, but Barry Darsow should be inducted twice: as Demolition Smash....and as Repo Man.

An honorary statue of Ric Flair will be unveiled during WrestleMania weekend to join the ones WWE already has for Andre the Giant, Bruno Sammartino, Dusty Rhodes and Ultimate Warrior.

I hope the statue is in a 'stylin' and profilin'' pose.

After being burned out on the various wrestling podcasts which seem to be revolving door of the same guests Something to Wrestle with hosted by Bruce Pritchard is rather amazing to listen to no guests just a long free form conversation coming from a guy that was inside upper echelon of WWE for 20 years.  Definitely worth a listen.

I just read that Ivan Koloff is battling liver cancer.  If ever there was someone who deserves to be in the WWE Hall of Fame, it's Koloff, who is as important historically as just about anyone in WWE history, not to mention his incredible success everywhere he went.

Agree. Bruce Pritchard's podcast is the BEST wrestling-related podcast right now worth listening to. Pritchard was just on Austin's podcast which was pretty interesting too.

I caught Pritchard on Austin's which led my try it.  I am hooked on it.  Besides The Old School wrestling podcast the rest I listen to depending on the guests.

The Rock and Roll Express are the next inductees into the WWE Hall of Fame.  Of course, Cornette and the Midnight Express should be there too but I don't see that one happening, Cornette's burned so many bridges.

As a kid who always cheered heels, I hated the Rock and Roll, but, looking objectively, of course, they were superb talents and huge draws.

Bray Wyatt won the WWE title at Elimination Chamber last night, pinning AJ Styles.  WWE seems to think Wyatt is a heel still, but the fans took it as a babyface win all the way (especially with him pinning another heel.)

I'm curious to see what the dynamic is with Wyatt and Orton at 'Mania.  Fans could easily switch everything around and cheer Wyatt.

Wyatt should be a face by now.

The WWE is going to blow it if they book Orton-Wyatt as heel vs. heel or with Orton as the face. Orton is boring and bland as a face, and is a natural heel. Despite having a crowd popping finisher. *cough*Diamond Cutter was/is better.*cough*

Also, look up an app called WWE Champions. Its a wrestling/puzzle game and is addictive. I've got an Android emulator on my computer called BlueStacks and have been playing it through that.

When Luke Harper turned on Orton during the Rumble I honestly thought it was a face turn for Harper.

It's been a long time since WWE really cared about babyface vs heel matches, hasn't it? I actually read somewhere that Vince prefers "shades of grey" descriptions of the WWE roster. Guess it makes things easier for the creative team.

Plus, no matter how creative pushes someone (Brock, Reigns, AJ) the crowd usually makes up their own mind, and confusion grows behind the scenes!

I don't watch the weekly shows but I watch the PPVs. It's always perfectly obvious who's the face and who's the heel, based even on video recaps and commentary. I don't think the heels do a good job of working as a heel but that's a dead art at this point anyway. Still, the face/heel dynamic is always there in WWE.
