Paul, theres a very JB vibe goin on in that piece.Joakim, at the moment, 1 of my JB Strange's and 3 Smitty's are framed on the wall in front of me(behind my pc).ill take a pic when theres some natural light.the others are in a portfolio, waiting their visit to the framers.ill probably sneal a couple to various parts of the house when theya re framed.

Gerry, I always thought that Jurgens had a JB vibe in the early part of his career. Maybe some of that still carries over. I snagged this page because I love anything Fourth World and I think Breeding is the perfect inker for Jurgens. I absolutely loved their Superman stuff.

This is another page of Blood of the Demon I bought from Dan Green's art dealer. The reason I like this page so much is that it showcases what I enjoy most about JB's art. It isn't a fancy splash or have cool shots of the Demon. It tells a story without any dialogue.

Gerry, what I enjoy the most of those prelims is the fact that they go from small thumbnails to an almost full fledged picture. Paul Smith doesn't get enough credit on how talented he is.

I bought some thumbnails off of Steve Rude years ago. He was able to fit an entire issue of Nexus on just two 11x14 pages. While they were rough, you could still see the composition of each panel quite clearly. I find it amazing that folks can do that.
