Linda Ronstadt - "How Do I Make You"
Woke up with it in my head. I haven't heard that song in years. No idea why
it bubbled up from the dark places in my memory where it lay, all dank and
connurping with moisture. Now I'm going to have to go buy it off of iTunes if
they have it.

*************
And the opening riff is a complete ripoff of "Is She Really Going Out With Him".Like the song though.
Although the only song stuck in my head is Dora The Explorer theme. Damn 2 year old anyway.

Cream - "Strange Brew"
Strange brew, strange brew, strange brew, strange brew.
Strange brew -- kill what's inside of you.
Really, it kills what's inside of me, a month with that song in my
head, I tried to play that song with my guitar but Clapton is Clapton,
very hard :-S

*****
Absolutely. I spent most of a day trying to figure out what song that was from the first time I heard it. Another blatant ripoff is Nirvana's "About A Girl", which is virtually identical to "Blood and Roses" by the Smithereens.

I'm not hearing it anymore, but when I went home for lunch, the theme from Sanford & Son jumped in my head. TV themes seem to be the ones that hit me outta the blue.....walking along, minding my own business, when suddenly "NOW THE WORLD DON'T MOVE TO THE BEAT OF JUST ONE DRUM"...
