Honestly, I'm very excited to read about a new character's exploits. My favorite parts of a character's existence is when they are still new, and not yet boiled down to either formula, or playing against the formula. That is to say, a slew of self-referencial story-lines, that become increasingly incestuous. Genuine new adventures? Count me in.
